Cooling Maintenance

Spring A/C Check

Inspect air conditioner for refrigerant leaks.

Check safety devices and blower.

Install gauges and check operating pressures.

Check expansion valve, coil temperatures and adjust system for optimum cooling.

Clean condenser coil.

Check and replace disposable filters.

Check and replace High Efficiency Filter if needed (cost of filter not included).

Heating Maintenance

Fall Furnace Check

Clean and adjust burners and controls.

Adjust combustion setting for optimum fuel combustion efficiency.

Inspect furnace for combustion leaks, safety shut-off response, belt wear and alignment.

Check and replace disposable filters.

Check and replace High Efficiency Filter if needed (cost of filter not included).

Twice per year, fall and spring, Efficiency Air will contact you to set up a time to service your system and replace filters. Should there be a service call between maintenance visits, you will receive a 10% discount on all materials and a 20% discount on labor costs.
